The contact must first be defined in the Contact
field of the Unified Call List (UCL).
Once this contact has
been selected, the Call ID set (defined in the UCL's MDC Conventional
ID Page) may be selected from the Call
ID field of this same record
/ row.
When the radio is model / option capable.
